We know how difficult it can be to be a creative, visionary leader and CEO who is also a bit of a rebel and to also thrive in the process. We started Heart & Soul CEO to provide you with guidance and support to help ensure your success and the success of your business and mission; the impact you are here to make. For it is with and through you we can make the difference we are here to make.
We take a holistic human-centered approach to business in our work with you. It is a process of transformation integrating head, heart, and hand. It is our way to contribute to the overall transformation of business on the planet. And for us at Heart & Soul CEO, this work is a personal and collective calling.
Whether you work with us in our private curated community, one-on-one, consult with us, or a combination, we bring our proven, proprietary R.I.S.E.™ Methodology for thriving. With this, we’ve empowered creative, visionary entrepreneurs and CEOs (mostly women) to successfully overcome CEO and leadership overwhelm and everything it includes for the past 20+ years. Our clients get to show up and lead authentically, have a life they love, and relationships that support them (work and personal) along with a thriving, profitable, and sustainable business.

Love
is embedded within and wrapped around everyone we work with and everything we do. 99.9% of our clients have experienced one or more significant challenges in their life and/or business, especially in the world of relationships. Many of them toxic and/or dysfunctional. These challenges have left dark shadows (Dark Dragons) which keep them stuck or stay lurking in the wings just ready to jump out and derail them completely. Love is what enables us to connect and refrain from judgment, for everyone has their own journey and does the best they can with where they are at any given moment in time.
Commitment
to what is in the highest good for all involved. It is through commitment that we don’t give up, we let go when it’s time and we fiercely hold each other and our clients to their highest and best. Sometimes that means facing the Dark Dragons until they no longer exist.
Our Story
With her background in business, when Victoria Lynne Hannu first started in business with her husband and soul mate Cris, the first thing she did was to create a business plan. At the time, creating a business plan for a business that included an industry (coaching) that was in its infancy was challenging. Victoria came away from the process with the question “How do I create a business reflective of who I am, that is values aligned with me, and what I am here to do? Thus began the journey to Heart & Soul CEO and the work we do with our clients using our R.I.S.E.™ Methodology.
As the first full entrepreneur in her family, the journey to today had many twists and turns along the way, many triggered by self-doubt and the fact that leaving corporate for Victoria was a running away from rather than a running towards what was calling her. Along the way, quite unexpectedly, in 2005 she and Cris became the full guardians and later parents of their first grandchild. This twist and all the family drama it brought with it have significantly informed the work we do with our clients today. We have a deep understanding of the dynamics, and their impact, our clients are up against with business and the different levels of their life in ways that almost no-one else does.
Thus, our holistic human-centered approach to business. In truth, we discovered that when you are leading a business, there is no true separation of life and business. How you show up and what you experience in your personal life affects your business and vice versa. We’ve been on the big roller-coaster journey of struggle, so you don’t have to.
